With 20+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, and general management, he has driven innovation and market leadership across multiple industries. He serves on corporate boards in Colombia, has been recognized by Forbes and Revista Gerente as a top business leader, and teaches marketing and strategy at leading universities. He holds an MBA from ICESI, a Master of Management from Tulane University, and executive education from Harvard Business School.

Deb Reyes, recognized by Forbes as one of Peru’s 50 most powerful women, leads the rollout of AI solutions across Google’s key platforms in Latin America. A former Women@Google leader and ongoing advocate for gender inclusion, she also strengthens the region’s business landscape as a Delosi board member and Endeavor mentor. Her mission is to keep Latin America at the forefront of AI by connecting cutting‑edge technology with real market impact.

Leonel Fernández is a Dominican politician, lawyer, and writer who served three terms as President of the Dominican Republic, leading major democratic, economic, and social reforms. He has received numerous international honors and honorary doctorates for his contributions to democracy, development, and global dialogue. An accomplished author, he currently heads FUNGLODE, GFDD, and UNA‑DR, and has held leadership roles in WFUNA and the EU–LAC Foundation. He is a member of several international forums and is the founder and president of the Fuerza del Pueblo party.

Marcus is a highly respected high‑impact entrepreneur and angel investor with a strong presence in Mexico and the broader Hispanic world. He has founded multiple technology companies across the telecom, Internet, and medical device sectors, and has taught at IPADE Business School and other leading institutions. He has served as a board member, investor, and mentor to more than 100 startups and SMEs. His entrepreneurial track record includes founding Wayra Mexico, Startup Mexico, Dux Capital, Ananda Ventures, and Guadalajara’s Angel Fund. He also spent seven seasons as a Shark on Shark Tank Mexico.

Gyoung Joo LailaChoe

Head of Fund Investments at IDB Lab

Laila is Head of Fund Investments at IDB Lab, the innovation laboratory of the IDB Group, where she structures and monitors investments in venture capital funds across Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and the University of Salvador in Argentina.

Rafael Ortiz Fábrega is a Costa Rican diplomat, lawyer, and former legislator with over 40 years of experience in public service and international affairs. Since 2018, he has served as Costa Rica’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom. He previously served in the Legislative Assembly, including as its President, and held senior legal roles in the private sector, notably as General Counsel for Central America and the Caribbean at Coca-Cola Latin America. He holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and advanced training from INCAE, Georgetown, LSE, and Harvard in geopolitics and international negotiation.

Tim Radjy is the founder and managing partner of AlphaMundi Group (AMG), a Swiss advisory firm dedicated to impact investing in emerging markets with more than USD 130M invested since inception in 2009 across Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Tim sits on the boards of the AlphaMundi Foundation in the US, the Peace Nexus Foundation in Switzerland and the association Latimpacto in Colombia. He also supervises two family investment trusts. Previously, Tim worked for MSCI, UBS and WWF International in various capacities. He is married with two daughters and based in Barcelona, Spain.

Eduardo Lopes

Eduardo is the Senior Director of Public Policy at Nubank and President of Zetta, an association representing the fintech industry. He serves on the Executive Board of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban) and the Board of Directors of the Open Finance Brazil Association.

Previously, Eduardo led technology and innovation policy initiatives at Meta and served as a career diplomat, representing Brazil as a delegate to the United Nations. He holds a Law degree and an MSc in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP), as well as an MBA in Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP).

Alejandro Jaramillo

ProColombia's Executive Director in the United Kingdom

Alejandro Jaramillo is ProColombia’s Executive Director in the UK, leading the agency’s work across Europe to promote Colombian exports, investment, and tourism. A lawyer from Universidad del Rosario with an LL.M. in International Law and Economic Policy from the University of Barcelona, he previously served as Senior Investment Advisor at ProColombia, co‑founding its Investment Strategy for Sustainable Development and driving European investment initiatives. He has also advised Colombia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in multilateral negotiations and taught at Universidad del Rosario.

Juan Teran Jurado

Head of Corporate Affairs at Canning House and Co-Chairman, Anglo-Ecuadorian Society

Juan Teran is a professional with 15 years of international trade and diplomatic experience, having served as Ecuador’s Commercial Attaché in Panama, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany. Juan has worked as a consultant for the United Nations’ International Trade Centre and Germany’s Import Promotion Desk. Currently he is based in London, leads Corporate Affairs at Canning House, where he develops strategic partnerships and strengthen UK–Latin America relations. Juan proudly serves as Co-Chair of the Anglo-Ecuadorian Society, fostering cultural and commercial engagement between Ecuador and the UK.
